Re: Sprints 2025 - timetable and projects selected
It's always nice to hear back from projects that FB members crunching is appreciated ! Hi Tim, thanks for reposting this. Really nice. It was much fun as always and more than 450 pieces of this fun are still validating :D Last race forced me to check some old GPUs out of the shelf and those working...

Re: Sprints 2025 - timetable and projects selected
Asteroids is out of tasks now with an extraordinary amount of tasks in progress. I hope this isn't somebody maliciously downloading all the tasks as I have seen happen before during sprints - computer full of tasks but tasks completed and no credit ever recorded on that computer. We shall see how m...

Re: Sprints 2025 - timetable and projects selected
Maybe we need to set a clear list of issues when a sprint should be cancelled. But, of course, these issues should be really global. As far as it goes 20 from 24 users from L1 running with some results. So, for example, if this number gets too low, there could be a clear reason for a cancellation. B...

Re: Sprints 2025 - timetable and projects selected
Hi Tim and everyone, at the very first hour of this sprint I was also frustrated with the ability of project server to serve already prepared tasks as it is seen on the status page. But after a night of sleep (that helps quite regularly) I decided to consider it (like I usually do) as the race condi...

Re: Sprints 2025 - timetable and projects selected
All my computers are giving computation errors. Abandoning the sprint. Well, it's too late to start troubleshooting this particular sprint but you may want to be prepared for the next one. Please, share your issue within a project message board. There should be something common in it. My 20+ machin...

It's totally okay, TimUBT - Timbo wrote: ↑Thu Apr 03, 2025 10:26 pm But at least I was able to salvage the situation, although with a delayed start and finish. So hopefully this will not inconvenience too many people.

Let's say, the race was postponed due to weather conditions. It happens sometimes at Japanese GP

Re: New Team and Member Registrations for 2025
Hi all, thanks Tim for your hard work in front of the new season! I hope the movement between leagues is also planned for this year, because I don`t think I could be competitive in League 1 :D Unfortunately, I need to optimize my involvement in competitions after I received a huge electricity bill f...

Re: Sprints 2024 - timetable and projects selected
Hi Tim, I just thought, that FB wasn't counting pending tasks before they are validated. And the Primegrid challenge stat does. How it's going now? I remember a huge drop in my performance especially during WCG sprint because of that. My first GFN-21 tasks should arrive soon, so I may see the answer...
