Re: Marathon 2025
SPT has had a lot of tasks to assign over a long period of time. The runtimes are top Regards Thor54 Hi From what I have seen, SPT has not had any tasks since the middle of October (2024) and as it is still a "test" project, it might not be a good idea to include it, until maybe it has mo...

Re: Marathon 2025
Sidock was long tasks for x86 and short tasks for ARM. They have run out of long tasks (sub-project completed I think) and while they are open to x86 short tasks there is no forecast when and refuse to commit to them. If x86 short tasks did happen they do not believe there would be sufficient tasks ...

Re: Marathon 2025
Universe has been declared ended, funding ended in August. ( https://universeathome.pl/universe/forum_thread.php?id=754&postid=6503 ) SPT could be included for marathons only, its been pretty solid most of the year but may be a bit weak for sprints. Sidock has been ARM only for a while which mak...

Re: Sprints 2024 - timetable and projects selected
But of course this is only possible if this information is publicly exported in the stat data from all boinc projects. It is, both boincstats and Free-DC have breakdowns to computer level where the user permits. There are some projects that mess it up (three of my computers appear as one on one pro...

Re: Sprints 2024 - timetable and projects selected
I've never liked that people can hide what computers they are using, it could be made a condition of the competition that computers are public which then would enable some degree of auditing by anybody who chooses to. Admittedly it still wouldn't be 100% foolproof but at least it closes one door.

Re: Projects for 2024
I will not support any actions for Russia. We all know that Russian projects like SiDock can never and will never share their results with the free world. And some teams are not able to report their results to the Russian savers, so a fair competition cannot be expected. For this reason, I am not a...

Re: Sprints 2024 - timetable and projects selected
Tim, the Certificat of www.formular-boinc.org has expired Yeti Hi Pardon? What are you talking about? According to my browser, it says this: Common Name (CN) www.formula-boinc.org Organization (O) <Not Part Of Certificate> Organizational Unit (OU) <Not Part Of Certificate> Common Name (CN) E6 Organ...

Re: Sprints 2024 - timetable and projects selected
Looks like WCG has gone down at 1641 UTC?
It will be a shame if that is endex, some people are in very close competition
EDIT: And back up again by 1800 UTC

Re: Sprints 2024 - timetable and projects selected
Thank's Tim, your message appears to have triggered some action. Something improved with the Asteroids server last night, prior to that I was getting a crazy amount of errors of every type imaginable and was just about to throw the towel in. It probably doesn't help that they are using Debian Jessie...
